quarzt is committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you receive a product with quality issues, an incorrect model, or damage during shipping, you can apply for a return within the specified period. We will provide you with worry-free after-sales service: Return Conditions: Applications for return must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted. The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including labels, instructions, accessories, etc.), and free from any signs of human damage. Please provide the order number, product photos, and a description of the problem for our quick verification. Return Process: Send a return application to our customer service email service@quarzt.com, indicating the order number, reason for return, and contact information. Customer service will review the application within 2 business days. After approval, we will send you the return address and return instructions. You will need to ship the product back to the designated address. Return shipping costs will be borne by you initially (if the return is due to quality issues or our error, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs later). After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your return within 3-5 days. Refunds will be processed within one business day and returned to your original payment account (refund arrival time depends on the processing time of the payment platform and bank). Items not eligible for return include: Items damaged or unsaleable due to improper personal use or storage; food, cosmetics, and intimate apparel that have been opened but have no quality issues (for hygiene and safety reasons); customized items (items made exclusively to customer requirements); and items for which a return request has not been submitted after the deadline.
